Sometimes our Gov’t has been ectremely intelligent and creative in how it plans backbones of our daily lives, some times they are not. The Interstates project that Eisenhower was such a big proponent of is one example of the brilliance of logistics in Government, the Zip Code system is another pretty neat one.
